Beef with red wine marinade

Description:
Tasty marinated steaks for the summer barbecue or grill.

Ingredients:
  • 4 rib eye steaks
  • 1 cup dry red wine
  • 1 teaspoons dried mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper

Method:
  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring until well blended.
  2. Marinate in a freezer bag or glass bowl in refrigerator.
  3. Turn the steaks occasionally to make sure all surfaces are marinated well.
  4. Grill on a barbecue to your taste.
