Welsh Rarebit

Description:
Unusually named recipe, that has little to do with Wales, and contains no Rabbits.

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices of bread
  • mustard
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 3oz grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 oz butter

Method:
  1. Combine the butter with the mustard and a dash of salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese.
  3. Toast the bread on one side.
  4. Remove from the grill
  5. Spread the mixture on the other side.
  6. Brown under a hot grill.
Serves: 1
